The intense aurora flare up on September 12 at 8:38 PM 2014 in central Maine on the unused Unity train tracks. No color saturation needed, Mother Nature provided a brilliant display of lights. This is one frame from a time lapse that will be featured in my upcoming short film Shot In The Dark.
An amazing amount of green airglow surrounds the Milky Way at the Roque Bluffs, Maine pier.
A silhouette of my good friend and fellow astrophotographer Garrett Evans as he shoots the night sky under the Deer Isle-Sedgwick bridge in Maine. This image is a blend of 2 photos, one consisting of the foreground silhouette and the other for the Milky Way.
